I grew up in Dallas, Texas. I met my husband of 32 years in college at Texas Tech University where I received a B.S. in Restaurant, Hotel & Institutional Management.  I worked in the hotel industry for 12 years.  Once my children were born, I stayed home with my girls and developed my love for photography.

I love to garden and on the weekends I'm often at one of my favorite plant nurseries hunting for some beautiful, colorful  flowers, or some kind of plant with cool leaves. I'm always finding a new spot in my landscape to tuck in something else!

Family is everything to me! Nothing is sweeter than spending time with the people I love! I've been married for 32 years to my college sweetheart and we have two daughters and two English Cream Golden Retrievers. We are lucky enough to have several extended family members nearby.
