I grew up in San Diego, California and moved to Indiana during my college years and received my teaching degree. I taught fifth grade for 10 years and loved every minute of it! Once my children were born, I stayed home with my boys and developed my love for photography.

I love to cook and bake and am constantly scouring the internet and my email inbox (I belong to several cooking email lists!) for new recipes to try. This year I've started an Instagram page to house all of the dishes I've tried so far. Some are hits and some are misses!

Family is everything to me and I really enjoy hanging with the people I love! I've been married for 25 years to my college sweetheart and we have two boys and two dogs. We are lucky enough to have lots of extended family near by and you may even see one of my family members helping out during your shoot!
